April 11, 2007 - Retired electrical engineer David Hodges came up with a plan for his church, the UU Fellowship in Visalia, Calif., to give two energy-saving compact fluorescent light bulbs to every home in the nearby low-income town of London as part of a Green Sanctuary social justice project.
